Ability to access Video Streaming over RTSP (IP Camera)
I would like to access the RTSP video stream which is created normally by a surveillance IP Camera.
RTSP (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real_Time_Streaming_Protocol) is a wrapper of the RTP (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real-time_Transport_Protocol)
I think this would be a perfect feature which would suit your existing variety.
I think with more use of IP Cameras the demand for this possibility will rise.55 votes -

CameraCaptureUI wrapped for Atom CPU - WebCam Highrez
I've been fighting trying to access the OV8830 and OV2720 on tablets with the Atom CPU..
Came across this...
which got me here....
So it sounds like for these cases, the the Atom CPU and web cam hardware are pretty much all tied up together pretty well?
And that to access the camera fully, you need to access the CameraCaptureUI in Windows 8 and higher?Delphi 10 Seattle doesn't appear to have this supported yet from what it looks... so would this be something ImageEN could end
up wrapping?6 votes -
Extract code for RTL dependencies only to use platform abstraction for hyiedefs, hyieutils, imageenio, imageenproc, etc.
Re-factorize code to avoid framework dependencies and platform dependencies to a separate code , this would help to use in RTL multi-platform apps, and FireMonkey apps until FM it's ready keep almost code shared as possible.

Make it possible to read Apple's iPhone or iPad optimized png images
Please make it possible to read Apple's iPhone or iPad optimized png images. A Delphi FMX application running on OSX can read these images perfectly fine.
Here's some more info. I think it is not very complicated to add this:

We have a requirment to use 16 bit deep images with alpha channel.
As I understand it, at present we would have to use a separate file for the alpha data. In our case having one file with all the data would be preferable. I do realise this would probably create some redundancy with a 16 bit alpha channel, but that would be our loss.

Save XMP to JPG/TIF files
ImageEn can already read XMP data. Saving this information would make that feature complete as it is already possible to save EXIF and IMTC to JPG/TIF files.
